NEW MOURNING ROUTINE

AS PART OF MY NEW LESS SMOKING LIFE, I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT A NEW HEALTHY MOURNING ROUTINE. BESIDES ME GETTING UP BEFORE NOON, IT CONTAINS THREE SIMPLE STEPS:
